These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the AANI website and services. By using our site or registering as a member, you agree to these terms. If you do not accept these terms, do not use our services.
Membership is open to alumni and affiliates of the National Institute as defined by AANI membership rules. Members must provide accurate information during registration and keep their profile up to date. Membership privileges (chapter access, voting, committee participation) are subject to AANI bylaws and any applicable fees.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activity under your account. Notify AANI immediately of any unauthorized use via the website contact form or through your chapter leadership. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms or for abusive conduct.
Fees for membership, events or donations are displayed at the time of payment. Payment processing is handled by third-party payment processors. Refund policies (if any) are described on the relevant event or payment page. AANI is not responsible for fees charged by payment providers.
Event attendance may be subject to additional terms, safety rules, and code of conduct. AANI reserves the right to modify, postpone or cancel events when necessary. Event participants must comply with event-specific terms communicated at registration.
Members may submit content (profiles, posts, photos). By submitting content, you grant AANI a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content on the site and related channels. Do not post infringing, illegal, or abusive material. AANI may remove content that violates these terms.
Use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using AANI services you consent to the collection and use of information as described in that policy.
To the extent permitted by law, AANI and its officers, directors, employees and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
AANI may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these terms, illegal activity, or conduct harmful to other members. On termination, certain data may be retained for legal, accounting or administrative purposes as described in our Privacy Policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of AANI. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction unless otherwise required by applicable law.
We may update these Terms & Conditions. Material changes will be communicated to members by email or notice on the site. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance.
